You got a payment in your paypal account 3 DAYS BACK, and it went into 21 days hold.

2) Is this only applicable to 21 days hold, or any duration of hold?
There are usually 3 duration of hold - 21 days, 14 days, 7 days. My service works for ALL of them - and the payment will be RELEASED after 72 hours (3 days) of "original payment receiving date", regardless of the duration of hold.
3) Can you release Ebay related fund hold?
Yes of course! As long as the fund is held by the paypal, not ebay itself - my method will work! Some ebay payment get held by ebay itself (when the ebay account is brand new), in that case I can't help.
4) Will this work for only aged paypal account?
NOPE! My method will work for any kind of paypal account, no matter it's brand new or few years old. Even if your paypal account been created just today, my method will work.
5) Do your method work for even completely fresh brand new account which is still unverified?
I know it's hard to believe, but yeah of course, it works for completely fresh brand spanking new UNVERIFIED paypal account too! Don't worry, it's our time to f**k paypal!
6) My payment is not in "hold, but "being reviewed" by paypal - can you help?
Yes of course! As long as your paypal account is not limited (or they asked document scan from you before releasing fund i.e. soft limit), I will release your payment after just 72 hours (3 days) of "original payment date".
7) can you release fund which received as "e-check" in my paypal account?
No. As when you get e-check payment, paypal don't actually receive your fund at the time of payment - so it's an external hold beyond paypal and I can't release this fund.
8 ) What is the minimum or maximum amount you can release?
I can release any amount from 1$ to 10,000$ (or even more, there is no limit literally) - there is no such minimum or maximum limit. However, please use common sense and don't ask me to release insanely low amount As that will be just waste of my resource and time.
9) I just created a brand new paypal account 2 days back which is still unverified and today I sold a digital item for 700$ in ebay and my payment I received in paypal got hold for 21 days - am I asking too much if I want you to release this fund?
Not at all! This exact situation may be considered end of the world until today, but trust me, this is one perfect situation where I can help you most definitely! In short, YES, I can release the fund, no problem at all.
10) What do you need except your fee?
