Transaction send but money still in wallet,

Hi,
I have send a transaction to a website but i did it on my phone and added to low fee 0.00001btc

i waited now 48H and opent my wallet, and i see the funds are in my wallet http://prntscr.com/eckjc9

what is this ? i cannot send it again because the site see my other transaction and is waiting for it, so how can i resend it ore make this transaction come true,( i can add more fee ? )

You can attempt the RBF transaction that I described in the post I linked to above. Note that this actually creates a second transaction which is considered a double spend, so the recipient may not like that, especially if it is an online service. Otherwise you can wait or ask miners for help.

There is no way to modify a transaction once it has been signed and sent. Any modification makes the transaction a new transaction entirely.

but the strange thing just now i got message on bitcoin core that its send and its from my wallet gonna see if it confirms now,
