I HAVE OPENED A TICKET REQUESTING REMOVAL OF 2FA SECURITY AS MY PHONE GOT FORMATED BY ERROR. I HAVE SENT ALL DOCUMENTS NEEDED. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO GAIN ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT AGAIN.

I'm happy to see that your issue has been fixed. So you advice me to wait without being worried ? as I see many people say that HitBTC is a scam and another replies as those. Another thing please when it takes 8 weeks to get the issue fixed. In that time have you ever bought any crypto and kept them for 8 weeks without any problem happened as I also saw many people said that never to hold cryptos on any exchanger. Bearing in mind that 8 weeks is seemed to be holding cryptos. I asked these because I bought 3 coins with all my money and I afraid to lose them when I see that my issue is fixed after 2 months as you.
Please I want your answer for these questions.

I wrote  a lot of mails since I have lost my phone asking  to disabling my 2FA.
Unfortunately for me,nothing happened.
I have sent all the pictures that they ask for (picture with my ID,picture of myself with the ID in my hand,pictures with myself with the computer screen  and all the transactions and deposit hash ).
Nothing happened.
I am very worried and very frustrating about this.
It's been almost three weeks. It is there anyone  who work?
