Hey just wanted to share my experiences with cryptopay.
Terrible customer service. Referral system codes don't work. I verified right away with them and its been nothing but a nightmare.
My proof of address documents are ignored and they deny me service and suspended my account, even though I am not an american citizen or living in america. They are not adhering to KYC rules and ignoring proof of address documents, that is against their own policy. Compliance department doesn't care.
Avoid these guys like the plague. Of course those who don't want to verify probably are fine, enjoy laundering your stolen money with this criminal organization of scammers. Also they dont keep anything under 4 decimals in your wallet, they keep that for themselves.
