I do not believe that such injuries could cause in order to obtain a confession. There are many ways to do it without visible injury. I think that the cause of these injuries is quite different.

I have seen the picture and it was not a sight to see because he was brutally beaten to a pulp but we don't really know what's his case but they shouldn't do something like that its because people needs a second chance even though if he was a criminal they shouldn't do anything like that but if his in that great crime well execute quickly not beat him up and kill him later that's not human like >.<

Guys, you just think of how many innocent people, thus executed. I understand that many support the death penalty, not only as a punishment, but as a criminal deterrent. But I think it's bad. Because a lot of miscarriages of justice. For the sake of the innocent among the ten guilty, we will have to make their choice.
