Seeking USD or BTC advance (details inside)

Hello,

I have a bitfloor account with a bit over 2500 USD. This company was repaying customers via ACH transfer, but is now intending to repay customers by check or wire (now that their bank account has been closed).

I am looking for an advance of my BitFloor balance minus a fee for the advance. I was locked out of BTC at $80/coin. I am willing to put 10 BTC in an escrow fund, as well as my BFL 60 GH/s preorder.

So do I understand this right, you have 10 BTC and need cash and dont want to sell your BTC at the moment. I can offer you the following:
I give you $1000 USD for your 10 BTC collateral. In case the price drops at any time below $105 (at mtgox) I would cash those BTCs out to cover this loan. The rate is 15% per month to be paied every 30 days. In case you dont trust the price fluctuations you can also only take $900 and I would cash out at $95 and so on.
