What should I do to Electrum play any sound when it detects a new incoming transaction?  Huh

Currently this feature is not available yet.
But the suggestion is already made to the developers: https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/issues/1568

This phenomenon is detrimental to my reputation.
I do not know how to program in python.
Can I help to include this feature in the next release of the Electrum?
