Could you help me how i can refund my transaction or resend with increasing fee
I sent 0.05btc 3 days ago
wallet Electrum 2.7.18
and today i saw that transaction rejected by our node. Reason: Transaction was previously accepted but has been pruned from our database.

The fees are indeed the reason behind your transaction not being confirmed, I suggest submitting it to ViaBTC accelerator[2] and next time, check other blockexplorer[2] whenever you get that error message.

Yes, ViaBTC should take care of everything else as long as the submission was successful you just wait and check your transaction from time to time.
