Coin designed to facilitate reliable remittance, seeking partner(s)

I have an idea for a coin designed specifically for remittance by stabilizing it's exchange rate, fixed to a chosen fiat currency or another cryptocoin yet to be determined. Bitcoin and other alt-coins are a viable alternative for remittance to avoid the traditional banking system and it's fees, but the volatile nature of the current cryptocoins has kept many away from using it for this purpose due to the inherent risk.

I am educated as an economist and work in finance, so I can handle that side of the equation in terms of how to design the coin to achieve the envisioned function. As well as having capital to invest in the project. I do not have coding knowledge however, so I am seeking a partner who can handle that half of the project.
