Hi everyone, i created account on btce few week ago. I try to make my account safe by read support, i entered ip to my account. Unfortunately, my ip is not static ip. The next time i logged in, btce noticed me that my ip was banned. I realized that i have made a stupid mistake. I contacted to support. They asked me providing wallet screenshots which sent coin to the account. I sent them all screenshots i have but they don't respond. The ticket status is still green (open). I gave them a new ticket but it is black(close). My status like i am sitting on fire.

Anybody has same case and get the helping from the support btce? Please help me or share your experience to me
