No, you are right about this. However, not everyone knows how to do this.
Personally I think my price is right. I see people selling .edu emails for $2.
I see what you are saying, although I am not quite sure what you are selling then, since from my perspective that is really all you need to do. I know some others have also sold these methods along with macros or scripts that do all the work for you. Is this included?
Otherwise, the way I can see you actually selling something good would be selling the actual domains that allow this kind of sign-up process, since those aren't exactly easy to come by.
