I've had a word with this guy/gal (who knows) and after explaining the deal in details over Skype, the guy showed readiness to proceed. Only after some time, he came back and said "my btc not work, will buy you later bro"  Well, never heard a word after that and that was like 15 days ago

Would you care to show the proof's of his "scam"?, there shouldn't be any scams if you use Paxful.com or Localbitcoins.com...
