No, it's not good idea. If user want to get payment to PayPal/Payza, they would need spend many days to reach minimal payout. And faucet users want to receive payment in bitcoins, not in fiat currency.

I don't know much about Bitcoin coupons, but if there big demand from users, then, why not. But I think you need to hear pinions from more people.
