prices drops , why btce.us still has 1600USD?

Prices drops , www.btce.us  still has 1600USD

That's 500 USD gap.

And it has volumn of 70k daily.

Is it because btce.us  only supports PM, alipay and Paypal withdrawal and with 1%-7% fee, No Visa ,WU?

There will be no wonder, why some exchanges are having different price levels for bitcoins.
It is just based on the demand from the traders of those exchanges. When some exchanges offer more number of different payment options, traders will prefer them and hence we can expect different demand levels to make the prices to differ with rest of exchanges.

Hey wait, why this exchange has similar name to famous btc-e.com ? Do this site has announcement/support topics here in btcointalk (I tried but I could not find any). It would be highly recommended NOT TO USE a service which is not maintaining active threads in bitcointalk.
