I have a bunch of points "pending" over there too... have been for a couple weeks. It's way more than the 10 point minimum for payout, so I don't know what to make of the situation.
If you like doing the "offers for Bitcoin" thing, I would suggest using Free Digital Money's site.... it works the same way as the bitcoin-services site, except they actually pay out. The number of offers there is WAY less than bitcoin-services, though. Still, you can nickle and dime a few offers until you hit the 10 point minimum, at which point, payout is fast.
Free Digital MoneyThe other one I recommend is ABitBack... these guys have tons of offers, which you earn points for upon completion. Those points can then be cashed in for Bitcoin or Litecoin. I think the current exchange rate is 1 Point = 0.00001BTC or 1 Point = 0.0001LTC. I just saw an announcement today that "soon" they will be offering Ripples (XRP) as rewards too, but that doesn't seem to be the case yet. The first week I was using them, I built up 339 points with ease, and I think the payout rate then was 0.0001BTC/point, so that was a major score!
