Problems with IDnow

Hello,
I decided to be a customer of bitpanda, as I can use skrill with them -though bitpanda is known for its lasting verification progress.
Now I want to use the IDnow-identification to reach Gold status, but there is now employee of IDnow showing up. I am waiting already 15 minutes in the line -IDNow wrote that it would only last up to max 2 minutes until a IDNow-employee is available.
