Thats just way out of the ballpark as far as price for such a small selection. Why would I pay $10 a month when I can get Netflix for much cheaper with thousands of movies and TV shows?
Also what server are you using and where is the server located as it will all contribute to buffering without much facts. What is the bitrate a user can watch this. Does the bit rate have to be lowered or can watch in original quality?
When you say HD is this 720P or 1080P? Are the files under 2GB?
Scene and internal group releases are typically quicker than Netflix, you can use
this site to get an idea of when titles are being released. In the past, we had libraries with 2000+ titles and our data showed us <5% are being viewed. Hence, we are going with something different this time. Think of it as an automation service that tracks your current "wishlist" and adds them to the library as soon as it becomes available. Of course the library grows exponentially as more users join.
JAV is another big thing and is actually the most difficult to automate due to the different qualities and amount of torrents out there. I believe we are the only ones offering this service, ever.
Our content is spread across various cloud storage providers S3, Gdrive, Dropbox, etc. The only factor would be the connection between you and the storage servers as well as the plex client you are using. Kodi/PMP can play Remux 1080p (~40 gb) titles with Direct Play no problem. tl;dr - if you can stream 1080p youtube videos, you are fine
