23th dec. I get the bitcoin 0.001 to your wallet(my id) in bither
it has been 1day and 20hours to put on my account.
And in bither application, required 10% commisions to bring my bitcoin to new address.
(i dont know what commision is)

and i wrote the new adress that i want to give the bitcoin. but it didnt start yet for 3 days

it shows only “confirmation 0”

Could you explain what it is wrong and How to solve the problem?

i gave an email to bither, but he said 10% commision is not his company and dont know why it doesnt work and said rudely google it!!

i hope someone can make me know the problem.

Sincerely,
SFR10

It's called transaction fee (mandatory). It's a fee that miners receive for including your transaction in a block that they mine.

Can you post the transaction ID, so I can give an accurate answer? My guess is due to a low fee that you used for the transaction fee itself (if that's the case, then you'll have to wait longer than you expected, before it receives a confirmation).

On a side note: You can use accelerators, in order to speed up the confirmation process.

Update:
because of my limitation, i upload the adress inthis site

sorry to bother you!

Just checked, and couldn't find any transaction in it's history: https://blockchain.info/address/193GmRdQNPN4Sii6MD9YFVNMj5uxBjQSHu
It hasn't been propagated yet (can you double check and see if you were able to successfully send the transaction)?

On a side note: You gave me the wrong information, what you gave was your BTCitcoin address and not the transaction ID itself.
