Looking to buy a small amount (21$ USD) of BTC. I can pay with F&F on PayPal and will of course cover fees for that. I can do a rate of ~15%. Translates to about 24.15$ PayPal to your 21$ BTC.

Looking for people who have some sort of reputation.
