Need A Merchant Service

Hey all!

I have a Bitcoin Lottery Service in which purchasers buy virtual tickets and then they are entered into a drawing to win 99% of the jackpot.  I need a service that allows me to accept payments and track who pays me, whether this is as simple as a text field that they can enter their wallet address and name or something more complex.  I have tried Mt. Gox merchant but this doesnt allow me to see where the payment has come from, and I have tried BitMerch but they take too long... the payments that I have received still say "waiting".  Any suggestions/help? I have most recently tried Coinbase, but I'm not sure if they can do what I need either.

I looked into them.  I guess what I am needing is a button that I can put on my website, that I created with iWeb, due to my lack of website design skills.  The button would take them to another site where they would could pay with their wallet address, fill in their name and wallet address so I can get back to them with their winnings, and that would be that.  I really just need to be able to identify them, when they pay me, and have a way to get back to them.  Bitmerch's payments haven't cleared still....
