I received my wallet ledger nano s.

I have the version firmware 1.3 but I can not connect to myetherwallet.com, I check yes in browser support, but when I click on connect to the ledger on myetherwallet nothing happens.

It works well with the chrome app but impossible with myetherwallet.

Anyone an idea?

Have you tried submitting a ticket to support team? I'd help you but I'm only using chrome app.

It is not supposed to work with myetherwallet.com, or any other site/wallet app than official apps

Strange. Click learn more under MyEtherWallet and see what happens   Maybe they drop support for it. You should contact support.
