BitFury and a Chinese blockchain startup BestSign announced a partnership on March, 19th to make blockchain the next electronic signature. BitFury will offer money and tech support to help BestSign change how people sign documents in China.
For years the question whether electronic signatures are as legal and enforceable as paper contracts have been plagued e-signature startups. At BestSign, it is developing its own e-signature system that has achieved ISO 27001 compliance.
The company is also working with Apple, Intel to develop more blockchain-based solutions.
