What would you do then? Hunt him down so that he cannot work on repaying people?

There is prob not much he can do rigth now without getting in trouble with the law.
My guess is that this will be sorted just fine. Some may loose a little due to loose transactons, but he may have founds to cover that too.

The guy is clearly a scammer, and he's dragging this out as long as possible. This tactic is as old as scamming itself.

People with euros in his account have a chance at a recovery because he does not control that account any more.

People with btc in his wallet (myself included) can kiss that money goodbye, because nothing stops him from giving it back, yet he chooses not to.

The guy is a fucking scammer, he got 20,000 btc, he's rich. He just has to return the euros and he's a made man. Nobody can force him to return the btc.

I also find it hard, for this Simon and his team to full so many people in such huge sum and get a way with a easy live ! There is very much in stake.

But i also believe that costumers  funds are in big risk for several reasons.

From what I read in the documents there is no need to worry. Funds are locked until July 7th at the latest. Unless they can prove he DELIBERATELY took part in money laundering, there is no way they can seize funds.

People should just calm down, Simon can't give us our money or btc back right now he has to cooperate with authorities who are investigating the matter. Sueing him will just complicate matters which will probably mean we have to wait longer before we get our money back.
