The project is not frozeen its comunnity based project ! We as a community are the ones who should take the coin to great places ! This no ICO pre mine coin... Cant put all the weight on 1 dev.. Thanks to people like Windozxpert and the dev the offical site was launched - ird.cash u can check the offical post and give ur opinon on the site for what u think should be changed ! Only thing on hold is for the coin to get to a offical exchange. Which I find good in my own way
