Not much with the CPU and not sure on the graphics card.  However you can get an idea of other Graphics hardware here: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison#Popular_Mining_Cards

CPU's don't do a lot of Mhash.  Just the way it is.

The wikipage suggest max 250 and that is generous (more likely to get 190) for any 68xx card

Maybe. Figure out exactly which card you have so we can compare more easily. Also the wiki-page probably lists the "Golden" examples of each GFX (someone with a low score is less likely to post the score)
Which program do you use to mine?
On the wikipage search for 6850 (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison#Popular_Mining_Cards) and you'll see some suggested settings. Also search on the forum
(ok I must admit I can only give advice on cgminer and not very deep either sorry.)

Skip the CPU, the whole technology isn't up to mining with such beasts on the network. That 140Mhashes on a 6800 isn't good, try adding '-v -w 128' flags and see if your mining software is using BFI_INT, been a while since I mined on my 5830 (260Mhashes) and BFI_INT may be enabled by default nowadays.

Id mine feathercoin with that rate and hope it becomes a hit. mining any other coin at this point with that low rate is almost pointless. but with FC you might actually get a few coins a day.

Since signing up here like 20 minutes ago(long time lurker) these feathercoins seem to be the new hotness, but if you can get coins that easily, it must mean they are low valued. I might give them a go to see if they have any investing potential.
