is there a source of recent ICO tokens being listed on exchanges? i know decentralized exchanges like ED lists all of the tokens quickly however what about bigger centralized exchanges? is there a way a convenient way to get access to such information?

I know that you can list your coins on LiveCoin simplier than in many other excnahges. Not sure about it, but you can try.

Also there is a Bitshares blockchain with Decentralized Exchange. Tokens based on this Bitshares blockchain are available usually after ICO is over.

To be listed on bigger exchanges there are several options:
- using votes with help of community
- paying fee for listing
