Which BTC Exchange company is the most trustworthy with excellent cust service?

It`s time for me to come back to BTC exchange after few years. But I see so many laws and companies have changed. I used to work with BTC-e and coinbase but I was not happy with them as coinbase is very expensive and BTC-e doesn`t work with US banks anymore.

So which company is the best for US traders?
I`d like to work with a company which has low exchange fees, very good customer service and their response time, quick verification process and low deposit/withdrawal fees.
and most importantly a trustworthy company where you`d put all of your money in and not be worried the company will be "hacked" or go bankrupt or something

I`d appreciate all the ideas
