So I'm supposed to send a guy some btc. And so I did. But he claims they never arrived.

This is a print from blockchain.info when searching on the address I sent to:
https://ibb.co/mO7CLa

Can I tell from this that the money has been recieved?

I also looked on tradeblock.com and got this info:
https://ibb.co/n56iRF
https://ibb.co/iXWYRF

Also, if they haven't been recieved, how long will they be stuck in the block till he/I get them?

It shows in your screenshots that the btc was already confirmed and it should be available on the receivers address. Can you post the transaction in here? Make sure that you sent it in his btc wallet or if you sent it in the wrong address it will never arrived in his wallet.

It is hard to answer your questions because you have blacked out most of the useful information. All of that info is public. There isn't much of a reason to black it out.

If a block explorer shows that your transaction is confirmed, then the bitcoins have been received, but it is also possible that you are looking at the wrong transaction or that you sent the bitcoins to the wrong address.

Ah okey, I dident know and I dident want to take any chances.

But according to you it should of have arrived?

And IF he is really telling me the truth that its stuck, will I get the BTC back after 72 hours?

Well, we cannot say if the bitcoins you sent have arrived or not, unless you give us the transaction ID (TXID).
If you are 100% sure that the the address where you sent money is correct, and the screenshot shows it, then it has already got there.
However if you have changed even 1 letter/number then you pretty much lost  your money.

You should check the number of transaction you made, and also compare the address you sent money to, with the one where you wanted to send.
If they fit each other, there is no doubt the money will be there- unless you put some hilarious fee, like 1k satoshi.

A tranaction hash will be provided in your wallet if you make a transaction. It's that hash that links the sending of bitcoin from you wallet to the receiver. CAn you post the receivers' address instead? You can check in there if the btc successfully arrived. It will appear in his balance if you check it in a block explorer like blockchain.info

When I search his wallet on blockchain, it says recieved correct ammount, BUT "Final balance" says 0 BTC. So maybe he dident get it?

A final balance of 0 just means that all of the bitcoins that the address has received so far have been spent. If your transaction  and the spending transaction have both been confirmed, then there can be no argument about whether or not your bitcoins have been received.

However, you might still need to prove that the address you are looking at is the address you were given and that the transaction you are looking at is yours.

If you look at this picture:

At the bottom next to the green "0.093 BTC" shoulden't there be a "(nr) confirmations" left of that if it has arrived?

Well it seems that you sent it correctly. Just give that guy the TXID so that you can confirm that you sent him appropriate amount with anything you had between the two of you. And it shows 0 and upon looking at the top of the transaction, there is one that looks like he sent to other address that whole amount.

If the transaction has been confirmed already there is only two possible answer with that [1] There is a problem from receivers wallet service(if what wallet software/program he is using) and he/she have to contact its support to fix it. [2] If the receivers insist that he didnt receive the btc while its confirmed already,  and if he want that you have to send it again(just guessing) then he's trying to scam you (in case of).

But as what the image in OP (the first one) the transaction was confirmed already by 41 confirmations by the network so you dont have to worry about it.

Yeah I see it has some confirmations on the other site. But on blockchain.info

https://blockchain.info/address/16ke9rqz3qETKMsr3QidwCCfyVP4QCG9MA

It has no confirmations down there by the green "0.093 BTC".

And I did a test with two of my own wallets yesterday, and I only recieved the money when it said 3 confirmations left to the green btc amount.

What do you mean that theres no confirmation on the green?
The green means the amount you received and it has already more than 470 confirmations TXID
And while the red is the amount you sent to a specific address/es and it has already more than 220 confirmation TXID

BTW does the receiver receive already the amount you send?
