Hi,

I just sent Bitcoins from Paymium to Electrum and though the money has gone from Paymium it is not showing in my Electrum wallet. I sent it by scanning the QR code which appeared in Electrum in 'Receive'.

I am just starting out, can anyone help??

Thank you

Is Electrum fully synched? What color is the dot in the lower right corner? If it is not synced, you may need to wait for it to properly sync for the funds to show up.

I recommend checking the Network Preferences and making sure you are properly connected to servers and then leave Electrum open for awhile so it can sync.

Paymium is a service. For the coins to appear in your wallet, they have to send it first. Did they give you any transaction ID? Alternatively, just check your address on a block explorer like blockexplorer.com.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.

First you need to see if there's already record to the network, by seeing its transaction ID. If there is already TXID, then check your network connection if its okay. If there's no problem you can see it for sure.

Instead of the typical replies and "help" you would get that receives no clarification but rather generic copy paste templates that applies for every thread in this subforum. Let me help you.

Firstly, as per paymium help pages @ https://www.paymium.com/page/help

Quote
To ensure maximum security, Bitcoin transfers are not processed in real time, but are scheduled twice a day from Monday to Friday (lunchtime and around midnight), plus once on Saturdays (around midnight). Once the transfer is executed by Paymium, you will receive your bitcoins in minutes.

Your thread was created 20 hours ago, which I was Friday night in France timezone.

Your Paymium withdrawal should have been processed by now.

Assuming that Paymium withdrawals was broadcasted with a fee of more than 140 sats / byte , your transaction should have been mined in a block and confirmed by now.

Kindly check your Electrum wallet again and see if you have received your funds.

If not, please double check your receiving address from both sides.

If you need further help, kindly provide the transaction id that Paymium gave you after approving the withdrawal.

If you have received the funds, kindly lock this thread.

make sure you see it on the blockchain first.  its not an electrum issue if there's no transaction on the blockchain.
