As John said.  Those are your two options.  Because credit cards can be charged back, and Bitcoin can't, it's a gamble to sell Bitcoin for CC/PayPal.

I bought two yesterday from btcquick and still don't have them.
I sent the guy a few emails but no reply so far.
The website now won't let you click on the buy bitcoins page.
