In the overview page, generate an address and send your funds there, after receiving three confirmations, you should be able to see them and use them. Go to the "Load card" page and proceed as instructed, the funds then should be available in your card and can be used anywhere, It's not possible to buy the card using PayPal though otherwise It wouldn't make much sense to call it "bitcoin debit card".

E-coin re-branded themselves to wirexapp and they have also added lots of feature including buy/sell support for many countries. Don't have idea about how coinsbank is doing right now. I don't think wirexapp and coinsbank have any connection.

Ok you could find out if e-coin and coinsbank are somehow connected by where their current operation are located.
Coinsbank (formerly Bit-x) have their headquartered location in Scotland which is in the United Kingdom.
Ecoin (Wirexapp/something else prior when they launched) have their headquartered office where?

E-coin is on London (UK) and this is the address:

Code:
1 PRIMROSE STREET, LONDON, EC2A 2EX, UK

I have used both services and they are not connected, they are however offering some similar services (bitcoin debit cards) but Coinsbank for example, offer more then that (buying crypto etc...) while E-coin is only dedicated to offering the credit cards.

But isn't E-coin also xcoins.io?
That was the other name of the company I forgot what it was when I asked this question but just went to a thread that mentioned this name.
So why do they have so many names for their services?
Switched around they might not be in Scotland anymore but bought out by E-coins and had to rebrand from xcoins.

I'm not sure where you keep getting these sites from but they are not related. Just because the name look similar doesn't mean they are the same, anyone (including you and me) could buy a domain name that could look like a known service. E-coin.io simply rebrand to Wirexapp, Bit-x to Coinsbank, as easy as that.

My mistake got those two companies mix up with the similar looking names.
That's all.
