I think is just a matter of time before ETC hit $10, the present valuation is a good entry point for me. ETC and Monero are both project in top 10 that has not witness any surge in price this year and both can't be ignored forever

Did you mean ETC to 0.001 BTC? It looks more possible than 0.01 BTC. There are too many ETC holders, don't expect 5x in the short run. Maybe in 2-3 years range you can see that price, it's not definite anyway. (0.0022 BTC price in Polo now)
