Need help with Payoneer

Hey there,

I received a Euro Payment via Bank on my Payoneer account.
I realized that I cannot use my mastercard to spend it because it would have to be in USD to do so.
Payoneer also doesn't has an option to transfer the euro funds to the usd account.

So I need someone I can send 45eur to and can send me back the money in USD or send me BTC.
We are talking about 40euro.

 Your account is held in US Dollars and will convert automatically,
 when purchases are made in another currency

That's wrong.
You can receive money via sepa, UK bank account or via us account.
My usd balance is few cent, my euro balance shows 45eur. And my mastercard shows the usd balance.
