Hi everyone,
I need some help here. I'm looking for a way to limit my losses in a short margin trade via Kraken Exchange. From my option trading "experience", I'm used to limit a loss on a short trade by buying the same amount long.
For example: I sold 10 ETH for 50 euro and received 500 euro on my account. If the price drops, I gain but if the price rises, I loose.
My problem: The price of ETH has risen to 70 euro which means I've lost 200 euro when I close the trade.
My question: Is it possible to buy 10 ETH at 70 euro without closing my 10 ETH @ 50 short position?
Thx.
