One of the oldest members of the Bitcoin Foundation, company Theo Chino, decides to challenge the licensing procedure for cryptocurrency companies, located in New York...
In a statement Chino sent to the Supreme Court of New York, the New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) acted illegally and obliged crypto companies to obtain licenses to conduct business.

If folks want to help (maybe helping design a better website), pass the word in bitcoin communities, etc ...
Help needed because many people don't know what this lawsuit is about.

Good job. At least we have someone who is determined to fight this draconian law. New York is bitcoinless state because of this idiotic law.
I agree that some kind of regulation for cryptocurrency is needed and necessary, but BitLicense is a total overkill and example how we shouldn't regulate BTC.
