I am looking to experiment with some more unstable coins that (not planning on investing much more than 1$, I am just looking to experiment). Poloniex only deals with the semi stable coins, so what exchange would you recommend that allows the buying and selling of a much broader market (including potential scamcoins)?

I'm starting a technology blog T4CH.top, check it out!

Well, speaking of experience with the following exchanges: BTC-e and Bittrex; they have semi-stable coins as well. If you want unstable coins, I would suggest YoBit. Most of the useless, scam, copy-paste, pump-dump altcoins are listed there. 500%, 1000%, and 3000% are normal numbers there, but not so easy to catch. You would find more than 1,000 coins, which more than 3/4 of them are either dead or going to be.

A side note if you are going there: Don't ever, ever, ever care about what is said on chat – most of them are hypes and FUD.

Of course I can recommend you the best shitty exchange broader than anything in the market lol
Yobit, but don't bother that much because most of the coins there are listed with sole purpose which people like you go and experiment even if it's a buck or two.

I used to be a troll in their troll box(chat box) we used to constantly talk about some specific coin names and literally shill for them in hopes of getting paid.

Poloniex only deals with the semi stable coins I beg to disagree with your statement about poloniex because they accommodates stable coins and they do their verifications properly before listing but $1 can not give you any stable profits on their platform.
The exchange sites that could met with your requirements especially scam coins are yobit and cex.
