Help with Bleutrade?

I have an active account with BTC in Bleutrade.
However, when I try to withdraw, it says "Invalid Value", but doesn't say what value specifically is invalid.
When  i try to open a ticket, it says my password is incorrect, and won't let me open a ticket.
However, I am logged in successfully and have been trading activly, so the password is not incorrect.
Now when I try to withdraw from my account, it sais "Login Required", when I am clearly logged in already.

Did you clear your cookies and Cache or something?

I found that if I logged-out, then logged back in, then I could change the password.
