Is it possible to extract both BCH & BTG?

I my first earnings as miner @ Electrum wallet where I moved it before the split. I plan on moving my BTC to an exchange.  Can I export my private keys twice - once to BCH wallet and another time to BTG wallet?

Your address private-key will always be same. Just export it, import in each wallet and spend the coins.

To spend your BCH, the easiest way is to use Electron Cash[1], which is an Electrum fork for Bitcoin Cash. You can just open your Electrum wallet with it and your BCH will be there.
