Unlike Coinbase and other exchange that are country restricted, you have virwox.com which is available for all countries, the fees are quite high but If you need a fast transaction then you should use them. (The limits may be low but they increase over time, starting to count from the day you deposit using PayPal or Skrill).

(The limits may be low but they increase over time, starting to count from the day you deposit using PayPal or Skrill).

According to the virwox FAQ paypal withdrawals are normally instant, but the first withdrawal from a new account will take up to 48 hours as it gets processed manually.

https://www.virwox.com/faq.php#_manual

Quote
What is the "manual step" required to process some withdrawals, and how long does it take?

Withdrawals to bank accounts are usually processed on the morning of the next business day. While most withdrawals to PayPal, Skrill, and Bitcoin accounts are processed instantly, we manually check some of them for security reasons (for example of new accounts). They will be processed within 48 hours. In any case, you will receive an email confirmation when the withdrawal has been processed. Note: For security reasons, the first withdrawal of bitcoins will always be delayed by 48 hours.

Coinbank, I remember to see this feature on their website. It's good if you can be verified there. Verification is needed

I reading youtube comment:   Donot use Virwox!!! They will scam and take your money. The process goes smooth all the way up until you send the bit coins. Then they say the process and tske 48 hours to completely go throu as they manuak review new transactions. Then on the 2nd day they send an email that says unfortunately they can not process the request due to suspicious account activity and have closed your account. Your money will be refunded back to the card.... except one thing!!!! They dont refund it back!!!! Its been two weeks and nothin!!! No refund. I have filed a chargeback and complaint with my cc company so hopefully i get it back.

Thats means no trusted excanges?

Did you know a refund to a credit card take up to 14 days, no matter what you buy and what shop you are using, even offline, at least with mastercard, should be the same with Visa, if not more
