[WTS] hackforums.net UB3R Account, 800+ rep, original owner

This is my main hackforums account that I no longer use. It has the HF 3P1C upgrade, HF UB3R, 800+ rep(closer to 900), its from 2012, over 5000 posts, and 3 awards. There is over 5 months spent online and the account has been used for so many deals with only one issue, which resulted in one open scam report. I know this account still has to be worth something. If there is any more info needed let me know I will not publicly post the username for obvious reasons

Want to know if I try and log in from a location (ip address won't be the exact same as yours) they detect as not in your country will they block the account and I wouldn't be able to log into it.
Test it with using a vpn and see if you can from the country you are in (a different ip address).
If you can and could post the screens of it to me showing me this is accomplished then I will buy it from you.
But you need to tell me what country I would need to be logging in with so not to not take the chance in getting it banned from the forum permanently.
How much you are wanting for this account?
Not too much i hope because of this risk in taking for buying an account which has the possibility of being banned or block for me to use it.
Email address included with it so not to have it blocked for changing it for the first month or so?
Refund available if it does?
All these questions need to be answered and also the screen shot of the name on the account and the reputation page where there is that negative rep so I may see it as well.
If you can provide these things mentioned then you can name your price.
