crowd predict bitcoin website startup --will it work ?--need an partner

I am planning to launch an daily prediction contest website on bitcoin closing price . concept is simple --
User pays 10cent per prediction (max allowed prediction per user is 5 attempts) , winners will get max 100$ worth of bitcoin or crowd fund received .

Will this business model work good ??
Any pros and cons ? or better suggestion .

I need business partner who has sound knowledge on bitcoin ready to invest and take this business model to next level .
1)partner should be wellversed with bitcoin (market , trading , mining, payment gateway solution )
2)blogging

great, your partner should know everything and do everything. I forgot what is your part in this?

Initially i focus on technical and making the website ready .later i would focus  on partner's prepared planned on launch .
when i say partner most times work is shared 50-50
