Cryptocoin & exchange needed

Hello,

I need someone to help me create a cryptocoin and along with it have it listed in an exchange where it can be traded. The kicker being is we would ideally like to back the currency with an actual asset (certificate for real estate, gold, etc).

I was looking at bitshares.org for this and also the NXT platform as well.

We have a budget and willing to pay a programmer to help us with the process. Like any other coin we want to leverage existing proof of work in some way to protect us against 51% attacks, etc.

If necessary we can hire you on a platform like upwork, etc to guarantee payment etc.

and use escrow, don't pay upfront. lots of fake programmers and developers are here to scam new uses.

I think you have to improve cryptocurrency knowledge because without knowing anything it is very difficult to understand all the technical words in crypto. Still, you need to find which one best suited for you go through all the coin in Bitcointalk forum, you will get an idea about what you are searching for.

Do any of you guys have experiences with this site?

Certainly https://www.walletbuilders.com offers a legit cryptocoin making services but i have seen some people criticizing the source code of the coin made from this website though i do not see any reason for that apart from the fact that they do not offer X11 and they only limit their service to SHA256 and Scrypt coins but they also offers POW/POS coins however it is not the best option when you need a coin for ICO purpose.

If you read through what i said above you will probably understand that it might be impossible for me to answer your question because i said earlier that some people criticize that service though i did not, you dont do an ico using a source code that have been criticized unless you did not mention the name but despite that some people shall dig out the source code and mess up your ico campaign.
Truth is bitter, i rest my case.
