GPU order in AfterBurner is changing randomly after reboot (0.02BTC Reward)

Hello guys!

I have a problem at the moment, I have 6x RX470 in my pc.
The problem is, I'm using Afterburner to control each card individually, but every time I reboot my system, the gpu order listing change randomly...
e.g: GPU 1 in afterburner is in the slot 4 on the motherboard, but when I reboot, it's now GPU 1 in the slot 2 of the motherboard...

Driver: 16.12.2
Mobo: Gigabyte 990fx-am3+ rev 1.0

Any clue where this issue is coming from ?

Pretty sure I saw a post from claymore talking about this.  This behavior is coming from the driver and claymore said he knew of no way to get around it.
