https://magnatus.com is a SCAM, sent them money via paypal for Bitcoins and they when mute. I have written to them four times and no reply. Don't send any money to them or you will regret, its a big scam. They also have my ID Card details , meaning they also steal ID details.

I would like to say sorry for the money you lost and ID information has been stolen. but you need to have evidence backed up in order for people to believe it. I suggest following this scam format quoted below.
I don't know how things work in your area I would also suggest informing authorities, banks etc.. that your identity has been stolen so they can to keep an eye if there are something suspicious transactions going on using your Identity.

Just checked the website's review on google and seems most of them are negative and unsatisfied with the service. I found out that Best_Change also listed this exchange on their website. So, my question is where did you find their website? Have you tried to check their review coz I guess you'll not proceed if you did read some of them.
