Looks like you got the help you needed! Consider using a wallet like Electrum next time, setting your fees to the current recommended fee using the link in the 2nd post... or RBF if this happens again. Would possibly be far cheaper than the $5 you'd like to pay:)

Your transaction should be confirmed within the next block that viabtc will mine because itgot included in their pool or earlier. Wait for about half an hour or less
Edit: it got confirmed and minec via viabtc pool. Next time send the txn with the suggested fee to get it confirmed faster.
