Jon Matonis, the guy who exaggerates his credentials? "An economist from George Washington University" would be someone who is faculty there, emeritus, visiting scholar, even someone who did graduate work there -- i.e. not someone who did a B.A. there nearly 30 years ago. More BTC cargo-culting.
