Looking to buy 2 ltc for USD or feathercoin

New here been lurking for a while. Finally able to post. I am looking to buy 2LTC and am willing to trade for $6 usd or 50 feathercoins. Feathercoins can be negotiated price wise but would not like to pay more than 3 usd each. I have credit card or paypal for usd payment. I am lost in all the foreign payment options on btc-e and am willing to pay a little bit of a premium for them for the sake of convenience. Small order I know but anyone want to help me out?

I am willing to pay first via paypal which i guess is untrusted due to reversed payments or I can pay in the gift card of your choice (amazon, newegg, whaever) Basically anything I can buy online. If there is a easy website to buy LTC with a credit card that would be awesome but every site is either foreign or only takes wierd forms of payment.
