CoinMedia missing report and payment

Today at around three hours ago, i got a new report and a new payment to my account
sadly when i refreshed it , it just got... deleted for some reason
i thought that was a bug firstly so i waited for next report(payment) to see what happends
and it just skipped my old report and i have no idea who to talk to cuz i dont see any support button on there site

someone knows how can i reach the owners?
