Companies don't do anything. A company is simply words on paper. Words on paper don't get up and make anything happen. Then how do companies get anything done? People do the things.
In Canada like the US and UK, if a man hurts you (it wasn't the company), the man owes you. In Canada, use
Queen's Bench to man-to-man make a claim against any man or woman who injures you. Quebec, being French, doesn't have
Queen's Bench in their courts. If you have been harmed in Quebec, you need to go through the Canadian Government outside of Quebec to push
Queen's Bench through to Quebec.
