mt gox yubikey help

Hi,

I purchased a yubikey from mt gox to protect my account there. But it is not working. Mt Gox support said I had to log in with it. Their instructions were to push the button for three seconds. But when I do this I get the message "invalid code sent." I was told that after logging in with it I could then withdraw my money by holding it for four seconds, so I tried logging in again holding it for four seconds, just in case. But I received the same message.

My experience with support at Mt Gox has been horrible. I am now dreading that I will never get my money out of my account. Does anybody have any advice? How do I get it to work? What do I do?
